The A5700 series integration a high-performance MEMS gyroscope and MEMS accelerometer within a single integrated structure, with comprehensive compensation for temperature-dependent parameter zero points, scale factors, non-orthogonal errors, and acceleration-related terms, ensuring sustained high measurement accuracy. The system outputs attitude information through navigation calculations based on the angular motion of the three-axis MEMS gyroscope sensor and the linear acceleration measured by the three-axis MEMS accelerometer sensor.
