The dual axis temperature control test turntable consists of a mechanical platform, a control cabinet, and connecting cables, and has the function of providing dynamic performance indicators and functional testing for the tested products in pitch and azimuth directions.

The dual axis testing turntable consists of two main parts: a mechanical platform and a measurement and control system. It adopts a U-T or U-O structure and a precision mechanical shaft system, with position, velocity, and low-frequency sinusoidal oscillation motion.

This turntable is a temperature controlled three-axis electric turntable, with all three axes being electric shaft systems and equipped with functions for position, speed, swing, and high/low temperature testing. The turntable is mainly composed of three parts: the mechanical platform, the temperature control box, and the measurement and control system. It is mainly used for testing and calibrating the dynamic and static parameters of the inertial navigation system within the full temperature working range, as well as for testing and calibrating the inertial navigation system at room temperature and inertial components.

The three-axis turntable is divided into table type and frame type, which can be used to provide motion excitations such as angular position, angular velocity, angular acceleration, and flight simulation for dynamic and static attitude simulation testing of the tested object. It can also be used for accuracy calibration of the tested object.

Precision centrifuges can be used for dynamic and static research experiments, production debugging, and maintenance calibration of accelerometers, fiber optic gyroscopes, MEMS gyroscopes, and IMUs, providing high acceleration excitation for inertial navigation platforms. The accuracy of accelerometers and gyroscopes has a significant impact on the accuracy of inertial navigation platforms. The centrifuge we developed generates an acceleration field in the instrument compartment through the high-speed rotation of the main shaft, thereby simulating the acceleration environment during the use of inertial devices.

The single axis angular vibration turntable consists of two main parts: a mechanical platform and a measurement and control system. It adopts a vertical structure and a precision mechanical shaft system, and has position and vibration functions. It is used for vibration testing and calibration of inertial systems.

This single axis rate turntable with temp chamber is used for reliability assessment of dynamic and static parameters of inertial navigation systems at room temperature, high and low temperatures, and can also be used for testing and calibration of inertial device parameters

The single axis rate turntable is used for position rate function testing of gyroscope components and accelerometers, requiring stable performance/reliable operation/simple operation, and adjustable triangular support for the turntable. The axial speed turntable mainly has the following functions: Equipped with position control function, speed status control and speed display function, and rocking function, etc.
